Represented Major League Baseball (MLB) before the U.S. House Government Reform Committee in its nationally televised investigation into the use of performance-enhancing drugs. Coauthored extensive legal correspondence and served as co-counsel for senior MLB officials, including Commissioner Bud Selig, during hearings broadcast to a national audience.

Davis v. FEC — United States Supreme Court

Successfully litigated and argued Davis v. FEC, the landmark Supreme Court decision that invalidated the “Millionaire’s Amendment” and reaffirmed the First Amendment right of candidates to fund their own campaigns.

Campaign Finance & Regulatory Compliance
